The College Day and Annual Awards Ceremony 2026 of Kasturba Medical College was celebrated on the 23rd of May 2026 at TMA Pai Auditorium.
The event witnessed a large number of attendees consisting of faculty members, students, awardees, parents, and distinguished guests. The ceremony commenced at 6:00 PM with the invocation, followed by a floral tribute to the founder, late Dr. TMA Pai. The programme was well organized, with every event going according to schedule. The event was graced by Chief Guest Dr. K Ramnarayan. The Guest of Honour was Mr. Harinarayan Sharma. The programme was presided over by Dr. H. S. Ballal.
Several prestigious awards were presented during the ceremony to recognize excellence in academics, research, sports, cultural activities, and overall student performance. Some of the major awards presented included:

- Students from different MBBS batches were honoured for their outstanding achievements and academic excellence. Faculty members and researchers were also recognized for their contributions towards teaching and research.This was followed by a report by the Vice President of the Student Council, a video message by the Vice Chancellor, Presidential Address, National Anthem and the Vote of Thanks, delivered by Dr. Vinod Naik. The highlight of the evening was the cultural programme that followed this. The audience thoroughly enjoyed the performance by Cadenza. The faculty dance performance was another crowd favourite, receiving loud applause and appreciation from students and guests alike.The evening concluded on a high note with dinnerand everyone in high spirits after the successful evening.
